Privacy Policy

Last updated October 29, 2026.

We collect only the information you send us through our forms or email: your name, contact details, addresses, and details about your pet. We use it to schedule and provide rides, review driver applications, and answer questions.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the driver assigned to your ride, with service providers who help us run the business (like email hosting or background-check companies, for driver applicants), or when the law requires it.

Live location tracking is used only during a ride. To ask us to see or delete your information, email info@mrfurbaby.com.
