Terms of Service

• Booking requests are not confirmed until we reply by email with a time and price.
• Pets must be current on vaccines, and owners must tell us about any health, behavior or handling needs.
• Pets travel in a crate or harness. We may refuse or end a ride if a pet is unsafe to transport.
• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel.
• In an emergency during a ride, we will contact you and may take your pet to the nearest veterinarian. You agree to pay for that care.
• Prices and these terms may change. The version on this page applies.
